Dear CFPB, I am contacting you with regard to my original complaint sent to you CFPB # XXXX which included XXXX and Experian. XXXX has since fixed the issue and have deleted the erroneous information listed on my credit report that was in fact due to Identity Theft. It has been a constant uphill battle with stall tactics to only get no results. Experian will reply to you and say an investigation is in process with you and as of today XX/XX/2022 there is only one investigation result pending and it is one I initiated on my own for XXXX XXXX # XXXX with XXXX XXXX # XXXX untouched and not being disputed or removed at all. I am advising you that Experian has not done any of what they replied to you stating as of XX/XX/2022 per the original dispute sent to you mentioned above. Their business practice is has been unethical and not followed. To date since Experian has contacted you, I have not received any communication whatsoever telling me that my complaint has been received and matters are being handled. Both of these accounts are a part of my Identity Theft. I have been supplying Experian with my drivers license, the Federal Trade Commission Affidavit and the XXXX Police Report and it seems it is only a stall tactic to remove the information that does not belong to me. I understand they make money to hold your information but doing the right thing Experian seems to not understand. I am attaching the same documents again and wanted to advise you that Experian has not touched any of the accounts that I brought to your attention from the original dispute. I have also attached XXXXXXXX XXXX results after their reinvestigation ( if they deleted, then the result should be the same for Experian ) and handling matters the way they should have from the beginning from being a victim of Identity Theft. Per 605B the bureaus should not be reporting anything that is a part of my Identity Theft and I am tired of fighting with them over their unethical business practices.
