In accordance with the Fair Credit Reporting Act 15 U.S.C 1681 & Fair Debt Collection Practices Act 15 U.S.C 1692 Lexis Nexis, XXXX, XXXX, and XXXX, have violated my rights. I have also been told previously that it has been verified through the courts which are not true and I have verified with the courts that they do not verify this information with the credit bureaus or any other entities. My rights have been violated under the FCRA laws below and I have the right to privacy. I have asked that this be removed from my credit report multiple times due to the FCRA violations and the inaccuracies that are included. 15 U.S.C 1681 section 602 A. There is a need to ensure that consumer reporting agencies exercise their grave responsibilities with fairness, impartiality, and respect for the consumers right to privacy. 15 U.S.C 1681 Section 604 A Section 2 : It also states a consumer reporting agency can not furnish an account without my written instructions There are also multiple errors on my credit report in regards to this listing such as the reference #, court name, and filing date which violates my rights.
