XX/XX/2022 XXXX from XXXX ( Fraud Dept ) Emailed me to confirm receipt of Police Report and FTC report of invasion and Identity Theft. Within this email XXXX composed a statement to inform me that Control Number 's XXXX & XXXX were sent to Experian and she apologized for the this occurrence and the affect it had on my personal credit profile. **** XXXX Fraud Prevention and Loss had to contact Experian to close fraudulent account. Experian did not do so subsequent and OPPOSED to what they advised me to do to have it removed. That being to upload documents ( FTC and Police report ) to Experian.com/upload. Upon receipt Experian sent me an alert stating my dispute was closed and updated and account was removed. However when I initially disputed with Experian several times they never removed it. Once removed Experian raised my score only XXXX points. I know the algorithm is based on the longevity of the account and this fraudulently established account was fairly new and it was an account that was FRAUDULENTY ESTABLISHED... so this should have impacted my score to raise higher than XXXX its. Please see the report and dispute information dates as to see that Experian remained this account after my disputes. XXXX Contacted Experian on XX/XX/2022 to force remove this account after I contacted XXXX to tell inquire as to why they are remarking to have Experian remain to keep this fraudulent account. Please see the uploads ***THE LAST DISPUTE I SENT IN ON XXXX WAS REPORT # XXXX XXXXSEE UPLOAD** EXPERIAN REMAINED TO KEEP AND CLOSE DISPUTE***. THERE WERE NO OTHER DISPUTES ... I THEN PROCEEDED TO CONTACT THE CREDITOR OF THAT FRAUDULENT ACCOUNT ( XXXX ) WHO THEN GOT ON EXPERIAN TO REMOVE! Experian LISTED THIS REMOVAL AS A CLOSED DISPUTE HOWEVER ALL THE DISPUTES WITHIN THAT PREVIOUS 30 DAY WINDOW WERE CLOSED ASIDE FROM INQUIRY REMOVALS. HOWEVER EXPERIAN REMOVED THEM UNDER PRETENSES OF A A DISPUTE HOWEVER THE REAL REASON THEY WERE REMOVED WAS BECAUSE XXXX HAD TO CONTACT THE BECAUSE I WAS NOT HAVING ANY SUCCESS ( AFTER SUBMITTING FTC IDENTITY THEFT AND POLICE REPORT ) HAVING EXPERIAN HONOR THE CONSUMER PROTECTION LAWS AND EVEN WORSE THAT I WAS A CONSUMER VICTIM AND COMPROMISED ***THE LAST DISPUTE I SENT IN ON XXXX WAS REPORT # XXXX EXPERIAN REMAINED TO KEEP AND CLOSE DISPUTE***. THERE WERE NO OTHER DISPUTES ... I THEN PROCEEDED TO CONTACT THE CREDITOR OF THAT FRAUDULENT ACCOUNT ( XXXX ) WHO THEN GOT ON EXPERIAN TO REMOVE! MY CASE AND POINT? THAT REPORT NUMBER FROM EXPERIAN WAS THE LAST DISPUTE I MADE AND IT WAS CLOSED AND UPDATED XX/XX/XXXX AND EXPERIAN KEPT ON MY CREDIT REPORT. EXPERIAN SHOWS THAT THEY REMOVED IT DO TO MY DISPUTE. THERE IS NO DISPUTE NUMBER THAT EXPERIAN CAN ATTACH THIS TO AND IF SO HAVE THEM PROVIDE IT. THE ACCOUNT HAS BEEN REMOVED YES HOWEVER CONSIDERING THAT IT WAS A COLLECTION AND A FRAUDULENT COLLECTION I SHOULD HAVE A HIGHER SCORE RAISE.
