XXXX continue to violate section 15 USC 1681 S-2 and USC 6802 ( b ) XXXX stated in there last response to my dispute that the account XXXX was sold to XXXX XXXX XXXX in 2020. The reporting of this account by XXXX is inaccurate because they no longer own this account and can not report a inaccurate account they no longer own. I would advise XXXX to have someone from there legal department review section 15 USC 1681 S-2 and 15 USC 6802 ( b ). I ask that CFPB hold XXXX accountable for not upholding the laws of the FCRA. If XXXX dont stop reporting this inaccurate account I will be contacting a local consumer law attorney to file suite again XXXX for all violations I have cited.
