On XX/XX/XXXX Capital One sent a check for a credit refund on my credit card. They sent it to my previous address. They sent two checks for refunds for two different credit cards. One I did receive but the one they sent to my old address I never received it. I had been in XXXX with the XXXX since XX/XX/XXXX and just finished XXXX in XXXX. Needless to say that I did not have access to my phone. So, when I came back home I tried calling capital one to let them know that I had not received one of the checks and after a while in the phone they hung op on me. I called them on XX/XX/XXXX and then again on XX/XX/XXXX with the same results. Nobody was willing to help me.
