On XX/XX/2021 I sent a letter asking Experian to enclose a method of verification for a bankruptcy listed on my credit report. On XX/XX/2021 I then sent another letter asking to enclose their method of verification due to no response from the company. On XX/XX/2021 I sent another letter asking to enclose their method of verification for the third time. On XX/XX/2021 Experian came back with a letter stating the item was verified, but not by who. On XX/XX/2021 I wrote another letter asking to verify, yet again. On XX/XX/2021 Experian sent me a letter in response stating the alleged bankruptcy was verified by XXXX XXXX. On XX/XX/2021 I provided proof from XXXX XXXX stating XXXX XXXX has never verified the alleged bankruptcy with Experian. Because lXXXX XXXX had to delete the item due to not being able to verify it. I enclosed the letter as proof from XXXX XXXX. On XX/XX/2021 Experian replied stating it was still verified without sending me any documentation or proof of an actual investigation. On XX/XX/2021 I replied stating they have not honored my request and have not provided any proof that this alleged bankruptcy was verified by XXXX XXXX. On XX/XX/2021 starting the item was still verified by XXXX XXXX. On XX/XX/2021 I sent another letter to Experian with an enclosed letter from XXXX XXXX stating they have deleted the item from my consumer report due to not being able to verify the item. I have yet to get a response from Experian and they are still listing a bankruptcy on my credit report.
