On XXXX we received an email from our Credit monitoring service that an account with PNC Bank that we just had pay them off on XX/XX/2022 that the account was 60 days past due, when in fact we have not been late on the account in over one years. We called the Company right away and told the rep. what just happen, and he was unable to help us, he just stated that we have to dispute the entry. This account was purchase from XXXX bank and since they purchase the account over a year ago, we have not been late. It is unfair for PNC to report something that is not true and make it seems like it just happened recently when it did not. By them reporting the way they do it took our credit report down XXXX points. Below are the statements for payments in the last year
