First off does the CFPB have any actual power because all I have done is fill these stupid reports out and get a nasty response from the credit reporting agencies and creditors directly. I want to know exactly what power the CFPB has because if I am spinning my wheels here wasting my time sending in complaint after complaint and all you people do is forward them to some not even middle management idiots. Your agency is an utter waste of taxpayer dollars and should be shut down ASAP. Having said that here it is one more XXXX time. I am including pdfs of everything for evidence because Equifax 's site is so screwed up it will not take uploads for documentation. I have asked the XXXX candidates to fix my report. Almost every account is reported 4 or 5 times. That is XXXX. Then you can't actually attach or upload anything because their site is XXXX UP. When you call into the " HELP CENTER '' they are about as helpful as XXXX on a bull. Off-shored and the English is barely understandable. Let 's see what the brain trust at CFPB can do this time around. I have asked EQUIFAX to update my XXXX bank account and of course, they claim to investigate which is XXXX. I fax them in documentation which they clearly use as toilet paper. So here is what I sent them, see if you can get these XXXX to fix the stupidity that is.
