We continued the conversation through to XX/XX/XXXX without resolution in regards to getting me the correct amount for the XXXX XXXX. Conversation resumed on the XXXX, XXXX, XXXX, XXXX, XXXX, XXXX, XXXX. Still reaching no resolution, I sent follow-up tickets to check progress on XX/XX/XXXX with continued conversation on the XXXX, XXXX, XXXX, XXXX, XXXX and the XXXX to no avail. At this point, they are only providing the response that my request is being sent to the correct department to be processed.
