XXXX is repeatedly in violation of my FCRA Rights. For years I've submitted proof that XXXX reporting of my credit data was incorrect. After I advise I would make a formal complaint XXXX falsified a letter they stated they sent me to a wrong address to prove compliance with Texas repossession laws. It was falsified and produced 4 years after I started complaining. XXXX sent documents that my balance was approximately {$8000.00} then it went to {$21000.00} after I started writing letters, then it was went to XXXX then {$13000.00}. Then {$16000.00} approximately. How is it a vehicle that was paid on for over 1 year with a down payment, that was sold at auction, received full federal tax write off still reports still owes over 70 %. XXXX is a predatory lender and should be investigated as such
