XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX failed to time and properly apply requested Covid 19 arrangement for XX/XX/2020 They were contacted phone and through law firm request for 3 months They have engaged in deceptive business practices and marked this account as late as well as assessed additional fees for which they stated would not be assessed. They have repeatedly advised they weee Correcting which is the only reason I chose to do a new loan with them. They over charged my on new auto loan despite their repeated guarantees the other loan was being corrected to date it was not corrected and has cost me thousands in tradelines and credit limits as well as excessive interest on current auto loan
