I contacted midland funding llc on XX/XX/2022 then again on XX/XX/2022 they sued me for a really old debt they never contacted me to tell me they sued me or to tell me of my court date ether when i called and tried to work it out they threatened me with court on XX/XX/2022 and said they will just garnish my check and wouldn't let me make a payment unless it is was in full they refused payments on both days 2 of the conversation 's where thru there online website. They are rude and hateful and they original debt wasnt half what they charged me. the added fees of over XXXX dollars on a XXXX dollar debt i tried to request dates and times thru a credit dispute but got nothing back. I explained to them they have to contact me about court dates as well and they said they dont have to this place is terrible to deal with and treat you like dirt please help. i payed the {$1200.00} because I want to fix my credit but the amount was wrong and just plan not fair to fee me more than the amount of the original debt ....
