I received a letter in the mail on XX/XX/2022 from a company called Cawley & Bergmann , LLC a debt collector stating they are attempting to collect a debt that I owe to XXXX XXXX, XXXX the letter also states the will continue to report this debt to the credit reporting agencies so long as the law permits it. I have a real problem with this law that because someone feels something belongs to me that I have to continue to suffer my credit life. I am tired of the disrespect received when even trying to contact the companies to address the fraud. XXXX was very belligerent, and I could barely inform him that I am the victim of Identity theft. The communication from the conversation I had with XXXX I found to be very disrespectful and rude I must say. It is hard enough to be a natural person a consumer and have people disrespect you constantly daily by committing acts of fraud against me. I have grown sick and tired headaches battling through all the unfair debt collection practices committed by this fraudulent account. I am assuming a vital role for my credit life and wish to stop being disrespected like I do not matter I am alive. Tila Pursuant to 15 USC 1602 ( g ) I am a natural person and can make choices for myself I am alive. These crimes committed against me has affected my life and caused me to have stress and headaches. This is affecting myself as well as my family and friends. Pursuant to 15 USC 1692c I am invoking remedy as the injury occurred from illegal activity. I never provided them consent to have any conversations with any of them. I want this company to Cease, and Desist I am demanding this company too XXXX XXXX infringed upon my right to privacy by having a conversation about me with third parties and reporting this information as a result of that third party. I am demanding that this information be removed as soon as possible. Pursuant to 15 USC 1681 ( a ) ( b ) You did not meet the needs of commerce because this was not Fair and equitable to me. This information is not accurate, nor is it relevant to me. Nor was this false information properly utilized in a manner that is or was equitable to me. This transaction if it took place should have been confidential so you in fact betrayed my confidence. You are in violation of 15 USC 1681 ( a ) ( d ) ( 2 ) ( A ) ( i ) and it should be excluded from my consumer reports if you have taken it upon yourselves to add it there falsely.
