In XXXX of 2022, I submitted disputes to XXXX, XXXX, and Experian about accounts listed on my consumer report as being inaccurate and false reporting. I clearly stated the law requires them to furnish accurate information on my credit report and to do a thorough investigation into the problem which was not done. Each time I disputed something on my credit report that I know was inaccurate they would come back within 7 days saying the information is verified ; I would never get any information on who verified it or who they spoke to absolutely nothing. Now the law clearly states the following : 15 USC 1681a 603 FCRA ( 2 ) ( A ) ( i ) EXCLUSION : except as provided in paragraph ( 3 ), the term consumer report does not include ( A ) subject to section 1681s3 of this title, any ( i ) report containing information solely as to transactions or experiences between the consumer and the person making the report ; ( B ) any authorization or approval of a specific extension of credit directly or indirectly by the issuer of a credit card or similar device ; Credit Card : The term credit card means any card, plate, coupon book, or other credit device existing for the purpose of obtaining money, property, labor, or services on credit. Social Security Card or Drivers License are considered credit cards under the TILA definition of a credit card for which they both were used to obtain credit and by law is excluded from being reported. Just by this section alone none of the accounts on my consumer report should be there but they are and that is a violation. The practices and procedures used by the credit reporting agencies are unfair and unjust to me as the consumer. Their investigation process is flawed and unfair and is damaging to me the consumer.
