Spoke to XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX Wells Fargo she said they had not mailed the revised copy for the extended date of the trial modification. She stated she hadn't gotten and approval it will be mailed from her Manager. She asked could she give me the terms over the phone ; this is their normal procedure. I stated I need the term of the modification in writing from Wells Fargo because I did not trust their servicing practices and I would lose my home. She stated it would be mailed to me. I have not received those documents and I don't want to lose my home. Wells Fargo said they mailed the mortgage assistance trial to me by regular mail but I have not received those documents from them
