Hello my name is XXXX XXXX, I am writing because TransUnion credit bureau, refusing to delete fraudulent items from my credit file. I have written them several times via certified letters, however I dont get a response in the allotted time, or TransUnion would tell me they cant verify my identity though I attached my state Drivers license and a copy of my social security card. Or XXXX will send a response accusing of me using a credit repair company, which is certainly not true.
