ACEI has falsely reported debt that I do not owe to the three major CRAs as recently as late XXXX, although all of this debt was paid to the original creditor on or before XX/XX/XXXX and the original creditor notified ACEI. I am including supporting documentation from the original creditor showing that the debt that ACEI claims I owe was paid. I have called ACEI several times to ask for resolution of this issue and also to get knowledge of an anticipated timeframe for removing this false information from my credit reports with all the major CRAs. ACEI has been completely unwilling to provide any information on the following : 1. Providing accurate updated information on the resolution of the debt 2. Report the debt as resolved to the CRAs 3. Provide me with accurate validation of the debt
