In accordance with the Fair Credit Reporting Act : XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX Credit Card ending in XXXX, full Credit Card number XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, Expiration date, XX/XX/XXXX Security Code XXXX, opened XXXX, Closed XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX Account Number XXXX, opened XXXX XXXX, Closed XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX Account Number XXXX, opened XXXX, Closed XXXX XXXX XXXX Account Number XXXX, opened XXXX, Closed XXXX XXXX XXXX ( A ) ( 4 ) States There is a need to insure that consumer reporting agencies exercise their grave responsibilities with fairness, impartiality, and a respect for the consumer 's right to privacy. Therefor pursuant to 15 USC 1681 ( A ) ( 4 ) I the consumer own my right to privacy, It can not be taken away, and there is no such thing as a public record for a consumer. I did not give my right to privacy to Transunion to publicly report anything. Pursuant to 15 USC 1681 ( A ) ( 2 ) Subject to subsection ( c ), any consumer reporting agency may furnish a consumer report under the following circumstances and no other : ( 2 ) In accordance with the written instructions of the consumer to whom it relates. A consumer reporting agency can not furnish an account without my written instructions. I would like to state that Transunion is in violation of 15 USC 1681b ( a ) ( 2 ) which states that a consumer reporting agency may furnish a consumer report in accordance with the written instructions of the consumer, I the consumer never gave Transunion any written consent to report anything on my consumer report. No consent is Identity theft. I have enclosed a Identity theft report which states the four closed accounts and a Inquiry are being illegally furnished on my consumer report. If they are not removed I will not extend my credit my credit to anyone or allow XXXX to furnish a report for me. I would like to state that pursuant to 15 USC 1681 ( a ) ( 1 ) that the banking system is dependent upon fair and accurate consumer reports.15 USC 1681 ( a ) ( 4 ) states ( a ) Accuracy and fairness of credit reporting ; ( 4 ) There is a need to insure that consumer reporting agencies exercise their grave responsibilities with fairness, impartiality, and a respect for the consumers right to privacy. Transunion is violating the united states codes and should delete these items off of my consumer report or face legal action.
