XXXX of XXXX, XXXX of XXXX, and XX/XX/XXXX I sent certified letters to XXXX, XXXX, and Transunion demanding verification of XXXX XXXX and all of the documentation for verification of the account to be provided to me. I sent the requests via certified mail and never received any documentation of the verification ; and the transaction was updated to include more erroneous information. I sent certified letters requesting the following 1. The name of who verified 2. Documents that show I agreed to pay 3. Agreement that grants XXXX XXXX authority to collect alleged debt 4. Purchase Agreement 5. My signature saying I agreed to pay debt If you can not send me this information I demand you to remove the account. If not I will be taking this into litigation for willful non compliance pursuant to 15 USC 1681n and will be expecting and invoice for {$1000.00} per violation.
