I opened a chime account around a year ago. Around XX/XX/2021 someone hacked into my chime account and stole my balance, which was around {$400.00}. I called chime to report the missing money. They conducted an investigation and concluded that the money was fraudulently withdrawn, and they put the money back into my account. Several weeks later they closed my account and said they would refund to me the balance that was in my account, which was around {$400.00}. It has been over 3 months now and I have not received the money. I have tried emailing several times but no answer. I also tried calling, but because I no longer have a chime account no one will talk to me.
