I disputed these medical collections account with all 3 credit bureaus, XXXX, XXXX and Experian, after their investigation XXXX and XXXX deleted this account and found that it wasn't verifiable account # XXXX from Company XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX but Experian found it to be verified and other lies the problem, how did Experian verify this account without breaking the HIPPA law and my rights, I demand another investigation on what methods and documents and person did XXXX XXXX Agency use to verify this account, and if they violated my HIPPA rights to obtain my medical records without my written consent and prove that this account belongs to me, and all balances, dates, are 100 % correct and my name and address and phone number XXXX is correct according to the Identification documents I attached to this complaint or I will take legal action against all parties involved, Thank you for your time.
