XXXX XXXX XXXX, a debt collector company is refusing to investigate an account that is on my credit report inaccurately. I have tried to dispute this account with transunion and they are also failing to research the account correctly. The company is providing me with an alleged contract not signed by me, which also has a social security number on it that does not belong to me. I am attaching a copy of the invalid contract and also my social security number which shows that this account does not belong to me. There is also a fraud alert on my account due to me being a victim of identity theft not once but twice. I filed a police report regarding this issue, however that was years ago and I no longer have the report to attach to this. With this information, I would think that the credit bureaus and collection agencies would do a thorough investigation before assuming a debt is valid. The original creditor and everyone involved failed to do their jobs correctly.
