On XX/XX/2022 I went to XXXX to get my TransUnion credit report. Everything processed properly and my report displayed. But when I tried to download it ( clicking the indicated button ), it took me to a PRINT screen, not a DOWNLOAD screen. I did not want to print ... I wanted to download ( as I have in the past ). I closed the PRINT screen and tried to use the online FAQs to find out how to download. There was no information in the FAQs on downloading. Then TransUnion DID NOT PROVIDE A " BACK '' OR " RETURN TO REPORT '' button, and when I tried to go back, TransUnion SHUT ME OUT AND RETURNED ME TO THE ORIGINAL SIGN-IN PAGE. When I tried to sign in again, I got the message that the report was already provided and I could not get it again. It was NOT provided and I do NOT have it and TransUnion does NOT show a way to download it. I tried contacting TransUnion directly online and got no reply.
