Comenity bank has harassased me with multiple calls of a debt that is not mine. I was a victim of identity fraud and Im guessing this account was apart of my identity stolen. I saw this debt on my credit report and reported it as debt not mine. After months of calls from come its bank I answered on XX/XX/XXXX. The collection officer did not identify who she was. I told her I have no recollection of this debt, and that I would like for her to only community with me through mail services from now on. She continued to harass me and question why I didnt report it as fraud when I did in fact tell them it was fraud. She threaten that I will be taken to court, etc and was very rude.
