I'm currently applying for a pre-aproval mortagage loan. The company helping me with this process request a paid credit report from the 3 agencies EXPERIAN, XXXX, XXXX. XXXX and XXXX already release my credit information on XXXX XXXX. EXPERIAN still no release any credit report. I had been trying to speak to an agent calling their number ( XXXX ) XXXX for 2 days. Ofcourse it is totally impossible to speak with some one, the web-site does not have any email or other feature that can be used to resolve my problem. I'm a first time buyer and I'm afraid EXPERIAN is blocking my opportunity which is totally unfair.
