I disputed several tradelines on the consumer reports and in the consumer file concerning me over 18 months. Experian has failed or refused to delete the inaccurate and incomplete information even when I've presented them with proof of the irreparable errors. I do not give Experian permission to publish, report, furnish or appropriate my personal information or private financial transactions. I did not give Experian permission to have my private financial records, and therefore they are violating my privacy rights, damaging me, defaming my character, and harassing me by not complying with the Fair Credit Reporting Act, Code of Federal Regulations, United State Code, and state consumer protection laws. I mailed disputes to the address provided by Experian, and their registered agent in Utah where I reside. Because Experian refused to delete incorrect and incomplete tradelines from the consumer file concerning me, I demanded full disclosure of the file according to FCRA 609. Experian has failed or refused to comply with Fair Credit Reporting Act 609 and provide me with a physical copy of the consumer file they have concerning me. I demanded full disclosure on XX/XX/2022 and they failed or refused to send it to me within required 15 days. I gave them an opportunity to cure their default of providing full disclosure on XX/XX/2022. I have yet to receive the required FCRA 609 full disclosure of the entire consumer file concerning me. This leads me to believe that Experian does not have reasonable procedures in place to ensure maximum possible accuracy of the information they compile and publish in the consumer file and consumer reports concerning me. Tradelines with billing errors are a violation of the Title 12 Code of Federal Regulation Part 1026.13 ( 12 CFR 1026.13 ) also noted at 15 USC 1666. Permanently delete LATE payment history from : XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX I have never been late on the account with XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX This billing error is causing me damage, and I have not been provided certified proof of documentation that contradicts my dispute. Furnishing transactional history is a violation of FCRA 603 ( b ) ( 2 ) ( A ) ( i ) [ 15 USC 1681a ( d ) ( 2 ) ( A ) ( i ) ]. The following accounts tradelines need to be DELETED immediately because the entities do not exist and I have no legal recourse against them : XXXX. XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. XXXX XXXX XXXX. XXXX XXXX XXXX. XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX These entities do not have permission to access the consumer file or consumer report concerning me. I am the only person that can validate or verify any information regarding my private financial matters and therefore, I do not give Experian permission to include anything in the consumer file or a consumer report concerning me without first getting certified written permission directly from me, not from anyone else. I am the only person with firsthand knowledge of the accuracy of my consumer credit transactions. I am attaching my dispute letters that Experian has failed or refused to comply with.
