Hi, my name is XXXX XXXX. Transunion is failing to address and meet my demands whereas I submitted evidence and opened multiple disputes on my credit report for accounts that were compromised and opened due to identity theft. Instead of investigating which now it has been over 30 days since I contacted Transunion where I haven't heard back on any investigation results disputes or notified of anything that went on. They send me a letter pertaining to the dispute that they don't think that the information sent was from me the consumer when it was 100 % me and I provided proof of identification that the dispute was from me. Transunion is doing this to cover up and buy more time for these inaccurate, illegal reporting accounts on my report that is significantly harming me where I am unable to go for a mortgage loan in which I am currently shopping for. I need the CFPB to address this and help me Transunion already has all the documents required to get this investigation going and need the CFPB to help put pressure on Transunion to stop this illegal activity and to process these disputes so I can get these accounts that are not mine and don't belong to me off so I can get my home.
