Equifax trying to say they can not remove an inquiry from XXXX XXXX XXXX unless I file an FTC XXXX Then when I do and provided the reference no it was not enough. They wanted the actual report. I did that. I sent monthly letters including my drivers licence, lease, and utility bill each time certified, and proof of mailing XXXX, XXXX, XXXX, XXXX, XXXX. They I file complaints with CFPB and they need additional time to identify me claiming they have no record and request additional information for the 6th time. Then I receive a postcard they can't identify me. I call Equifax twice they question me with security questions, require a process each time a security link of my pictures is back, front, and live photo of me. Then out me through and claim they have to have it by mail. This is crazy ugly over 1 inquiry that I have a letter from XXXX XXXX that it is unauthorized.
