XXXXXXXX XXXX is the original creditor. Pro collect Inc is the collection agency that bought the debt from XXXX XXXX. I apologize I had to submit a different complaint. I have been seeking information for both parties including the most important delinquency date, the date the the account became delinquent. I spoke with XXXX XXXX the can not provide written information about it, but was told the the delinquency date was XX/XX/2014. For Pro Collect Inc. up to now I have not had luck for them to send me this information. I have disputed this account to the XXXX Credit bureaus. XXXX, XXXX, and XXXX and get in response that the information Pro Collect inc is accurate. XXXX XXXX is deleted from my credit Report due to the fact that is has been more than XXXX years and by law it has to be deleted from the credit report. Now the issue is Pro Collect Inc. As I know the Delinquent date will not change no matter when they purchase this debt. What I am trying to obtain is written information from both parties stating these date and balances, so I can have proof to the Credit Bureau that this account ( Pro Collect Inc ) has to be removed by law from my credit report if the delinquency date is XX/XX/2014 as XXXX XXXX stated. Please help in this matter, since I am not getting any response from them. Thank you
