This criminal activity has gone on for too long. The credit reporting agencies have ASSUMED a role in credit reporting but it was not given to them by me. My permission is needed. Stating that credit reporting agencies must report accurate information is not sufficient here because permission, by the consumer, must be given in order to report information about a consumer. I never gave this credit reporting agency or any third party written permission to furnish a report about my personal transactions and experiences. This credit reporting agency does not have a signed agreement between my self and their company stating that I gave permission for my information to be shared. If a company uses my identity without my permission that is considered IDENTITY THEFT. This credit reporting agency has committed identity theft by reporting my personal transactions and experiences without my permission. I have filed a police report and identity theft report with the FTC. Delete the following accounts from my consumer report since I never gave permission for them to be reported in the first place.
