Experian is a terrible awful company and that includes all the XXXX you read on the internet I looked into it a little bit I can explain all about it later. first I'd rather get a response. In short I've talked to customer service with Experian and this is not just about problems with their customer service this is about problems with their advertising and ads as well as their customer service which means that if those two are a problem that I'm reporting on this is a major deception of the consumer. Fake people and downsizing to cut costs, but then adding on top of that horrendous customer service... I mean you would think there's a bunch of whores they picked up from a gutter and said here have a job. Then told them to design a world-class phone automated system and have everybody have the exact same accent and voice as everyone else whenever I call and reach customer service. It's amazing how many different XXXX 's and XXXX 's and XXXX 's sound exactly like this one XXXX that I heard one time calling. I think that there's not only a bunch of different people frauding as one I think it's one person being forced to fraud as many. They're never XXXX and it's nothing but a bunch Oriental or XXXX people who always answer the phone and I mean the exact same dialect the exact same speech patterns everything about him is the same except for the name that they give you each time. I promise if you were to put it tape recorder to that you would not just find her identical twin sister you would find that in some way lying to the public and giving a false name to the public that's enough of it own problem. So what if it's meant to protect the employee that's not what they need to worry about. They need to worry about defrauding the public. Which is what happens when you're 96 % to a person or company 's credit card for instance, but you're denied like I was twice which had a double hit on my credit score because there are flaws in the system. RESPOND please. I don't want this taken under consideration I want this handled. Someone helped my credit score get low enough to where it wouldn't be accepted and then all of a sudden it dropped like a rock. That's what happens to a mentally XXXX person in California.
