I received my student loans from Navient ( formerly XXXX XXXX ) between XXXX to XXXX. I am trying to obtain records because Navient did not report to the National Student Loan Database accurate payments I've made between XX/XX/XXXX to XX/XX/XXXX. When I called Navient, they claimed that my loans been over 10 years and they don't keep histories of loans for more than 10 years. They said it's been consolidated in XX/XX/XXXX therefore, the new servicing agency should have all my payment histories. I called XXXX and they denied that claim. They sent me all my payment history from XX/XX/XXXX to XXXX which is the time frame of when I was with XXXX. The problem is, while I was making payments on both federal loans and private student loan ( which I paid off the private student loan from XXXX XXXX in XX/XX/XXXX ), there are no histories of any of that on the National Student Loan Database. Due to the PSLF Waiver program, I should have received payment credits from XX/XX/XXXX to XX/XX/XXXX since I've worked in at qualifying employer, but I have not gotten credit for any of that because Navient did NOT report my payment histories during that time frame. I can't even find my private student loan on the National Student Loans Database because it didn't report that. Navient has been scheming students and parents and now I can't qualify for the waiver because even Department of Education don't even have records of it on their Master logs because Navient have not provided records of it. When u called Navient, they simply just turned me over and told me they don't have records of my record anymore. I have a 1098 tax form that showed I've payed student loan interests in XXXX, XXXX and XXXX from XXXX XXXX. How can they not record any of my payments, but issue a 1098 form for all those years???!
