I called to receive information about a debt. This debt is apparently from XXXX XXXX XXXX. XXXX account number XXXX. I never received a bill prior to receiving a collection notice. This bill/debt is not listed as an insurance claim. I do not know if this is a legitimate bill and why it doesn't show on my insurance. When I tried to call about this, the agent wasn't helpful. She indicated she couldn't tell me where the bill originated or provide me with a copy of the bill and/or any contact information. This is not right. I need to see this reflected on my insurance claims and a proper bill to feel comfortable paying this.
