On XX/XX/XXXX, I discovered an unauthorized recurring transaction on my XXXX XXXX Bank Account for {$24.00} paid to Experian on XX/XX/XXXX. I phoned my bank to notify them of the unauthorized transaction and learned that Experian had also made unauthorized transactions for {$24.00} on XX/XX/XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX. My bank has reviewed these transactions and are in the process of removing them. I have asked them to block Experian from making any further transactions on my account. I phoned Experian to request they reverse the charges and change my account to the " free subscription. '' As I was explaining my situation, the customer service representative hung up on me. When I phoned back, the automated attendant initially said it would ltake XXXX minutes to answer my call and then clicked and said that I needed to resolve my issue on the company website. It appears they flagged my account so I can not phone them to fix my account problem. I believe Experian has deceptive business practices or is trying to cover up fraudulent transactions on my bank debit card.
