This is XXXX XXXX and I am submitting this complaint myself. Transunion is reporting inaccurate information about me and it is hurting my reputation through defamation. I am unable to do what I need to do to take care of myself because Transunion keeps violating me daily. First of all, my name is a variation of my actual name that is being reported by Transunion. My name is XXXX XXXX XXXX not XXXX XXXX XXXX Accounts Capital One/Walmart, XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX are reporting inaccurately and without permissible purpose. There was no written instructions given directly to Transunion to report ANY information about me or experiences or transactions amongst myself, the consumer or another person. A consumer report excludes experiences or transactions between a consumer and person. Unfortunately Transunion is in fact in violation per the Fair Credit Reporting Act.
