Consumer Narrative

According to 15 usc 1681b. A consumer reporting agency can only furnish a consumer report with a court order or with the written instructions to the consumer of who it relates. i can assure you that i have never given any consumer reporting agency my written instructions nor has their ever been a court order of them doing so. This is a clear violation of my right to privacy as a consumer and natural person. Pursuant to 15 usc 6802 a financial institution may not disclose nonpublic information to a third party unless the financial institution has provided to the consumer the proper notice that complies with section 6803 of that title. Now the proper notice is that the financial institution may not disclose nonpublic information to a nonaffiliated third party unless the financial institution clearly discloses to the consumer in writing or in electric form. The consumer is given opportunity to accept or deny. I am here to say that I have never been given any proper notice to give any account listed below my permission to share my information with anyone therefore this is identity theft and the data furnishor along with the credit reporting agency are both violating federal law and I am demanding deletion from each of them The following accounts I Want removed from my consumer report because there are multiple violations being committed whether it is the FCRA, TILA, FDCPA ETC. XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX Having this bankruptcy on my consumer report is a violation of my right to privacy. If you are using a third party vendor to retrieve this information than you are violating 15 usc 1681b because I gave nobody written consent to have this on my consumer report and also courts do not furnish any information to any third parties so you are committing aggravated identity theft by having this on here so I would advice you delete this from my consumer report. - XXXX Account # XXXX 15 usc 1681 section 602 A. I have a right to privacy 15 usc 1681 section 2 : it also states a consumer reporting agency can not furnish an account without my written instruction and i am here to tell you that i never gave anyone permission to furnish anything on my report - Macys did not fulfill their obligation to allow me the same number of days to make a payment after there was a billing error. I sent them a written notice about it and they still reported me delinquent which is a violation of 15 usc 1666a Regulation of credit reports. - XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX The creditor/furnisher never provided me a written notice that they were going to furnish negative information on my consumer report pursuant to 15 usc 1681s-2 of the fair credit reporting act. Therefore this is in violation of federal law and is an act of identity theft by them doing so. If they are not able to provide me with proof or documentation that they are allowed to furnish this information to you with my written consent you need to delete this from my consumer report - XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX This auto lender is using false and deceptive practices. They have already had lawsuits against them as far as predatory lending. They are in the business of writing loans that are already destined to fail. By exposing borrowers to high levels of risk. I entered into a credit sale and I was forced to put money down which is illegal pursuant to 15 usc 1605 as finance charges are sum of all charges and cash can not be involved., any creditor who fails to comply with any requirement imposed under TILA, in the case of an individual action, the creditor will be liable for twice the amount of any finance charge and any actual damage sustained by the creditor as a result of the failure. - XXXX XXXX XXXX account # XXXX and XXXX These accounts are blatantly illegal under federal law. I am under no duty to pay a debt collector the purported sum until it is proven differently. However, they have committed identity theft because I never gave them permission to share any of my personal information with you. I have never received any documentation that I have a business relationship with Portfolio recovery or that I owe any obligations to them. Identity theft is demonstrated by their failure to prove this. The reason for this is that if they indicate supposed Statements from an original creditor, this is a type of identity theft perpetrated not just by the collection agency, but also by you by reporting this without physical proof. XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX nothing under 1681s-2 ( 7 ) ( A ) requires negative information to be furnished to a consumer reporting agency. What is required by a furnisher is to report 100 % accurate information if the company engages in the act of reporting information to a consumer reporting agency. To misconstrue the requirement of reporting accurate information with the non-requirement to report negative information is a direct violation of 15 U.S. Code 1681s-2 ( 7 ) ( E ) and constituted my information being reported without lawful authority. - XXXX # XXXX This account is in violation of federal law pursuant to 15 usc 1681a ( 2 ) ( 3 ) which states that no person shall communicate about transactions soley on information on the consumer about transactions and experiences about the consumer without my permission. This company did not give me communication which determined if I wanted to give them permission to do so. By them failing to do so this account needs to be removed from my consumer report immediately - XXXX # XXXX This accounted has never been validated and i have no knowledge or relationship with the company. The debt collector has been notified it has been disputed and needs to be removed until they mail me the name of original creditor and address or copy of judgement
