I have requested documents several times via XXXX XXXX XXXX from Brite Financial pursuant to 15 USC 1692g. I have received nothing from Brite Financial as Ive requested an audit trail for this account aswell as the address and name of the original creditor. XX/XX/2021 at XXXX. Brite Financial violated my consumer rights by giving out my location information and paying another person to come and steal my property. This is a violation of 15 USC 1692d ( 1 ). Brite Financial has failed to provide me with any updated information with any and all third parties that this alleged debt is disputed pursuant to 15 USC 1692e ( 8 ). Brite Financial has failed to send me a written notice of my right of redemption and/or reinstatement.
