A payment was made in full of {$6900.00} for balance on card on XX/XX/XXXX by my XXXX company ( XXXX ) to pay off my debt and received by Barclays on and processed on XX/XX/XXXX and to this date it has not been dropped from my account. I inquire about this issue several times and was informed on XXXX XXXX that they did not have payment and an investigation would start and it would take 30 days. However I received a dated XX/XX/XXXX indicating that it would take another 45 days for investigation. In the mean time I have been incurring fees and interest. I have documents to indicate receipt of amount and letter from Barclays of further investigation.
