For almost a year and a half I have submitted my payment biweekly from my bill pay to where the funds are deducted from my account and issued to XXXX XXXX XXXX within 24-48 hours. I have repeatedly had late payments placed on my credit report to which had greatly diminished my credit score. I have contacted the institution to resolve the matter by sending copies of bank statements reflecting payments being deducted from my account and issued to the institution on my behalf. The most recent interaction was on XX/XX/XXXX and again from my credit union to which i have received emails stating the institution is refusing to communicate with them. In XXXX and XXXX of XXXX multiple payments were issued and posted outside of the date they were received and I have multiple documents from my financial institution detailing such. The payments were posted to the account two and three weeks after received. When i make payments online I continue to receive alerts that my payments are not made when i have confirmation numbers and proof of funds being recieved.
