Consumer Narrative
On XX/XX/ 2022 there was complaint filed in the Circuit Court of XXXX County, WI against me for alleged amounts owed. The Plaintiff 's firm acting as a third party debt collector did not send notice or right to dispute prior to commencing suite or after a phone call was made to them on XX/XX/2022 per FDCPA rules. This is not the first time that this firm has violated my consumer rights. I was never given a right to cure pursuant to Wisconsin Consumer Act.
