XXXX, EQUIFAX AND XXXX BROKE THE LAW PURSUANT 15 USC 1681b ( a ) ( 2 ). I NEVER GAVE THESE 3 AGENCIES WRITTEN CONSENT TO REPORT ANYTHING ON MY CONSUMER REPORT. AS OF XXXX THERE ARE SEVERAL NEGATIVE TRADELINES THAT I DID NOT GIVE MY WRITTEN CONSENT TO HAVE PUBLISHED ON MY CONSUMER REPORT. PURSUANT TO 15 USC 1681 ( a ) ( 1 ) THE BANKING SYSTEM IS DEPENDED UPON FAIR AND ACCURATE CONSUMER REPORTS. BY ALLOWING EQIFAX, XXXX AND XXXX TO CONTINUE TO REPORT THESE INACCURACIES HAS CAUSE ME TO LOSE CONFIDENCE IN THE BANKING SYSTEM. AS THE CONSUMER, CREDITOR AND NATURAL PERSON ANY NEGATIVE TRADELINES OR NEGATIVE REPORTING ON MY CONSUMER REPORT WILL CONTINUE TO CAUSE UNJUST FINANCIAL HARM AND DEVESTATION TO MY GIVEN BIRTH RIGHT AFFORDED TO ME BY THE ONE TRUE MOST HIGH GOD.
