XXXX Opened a line of credit with XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX Account. Card was activated at store and account opened with Routing and Bank Account Number. Card given was previously used and connected to another persons account. Information on card was not matching my information, dob and ssn, personal identification number. Cashed a US treasury refund check for {$330.00} but had to open an account. Account was open and activated on account and card was already used and connected to another financial institution, financial name, financial resource, financial fraud, financial source including federal funding fraud and criminals. XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX Routing Number XXXX Will Provide Account Number on request. Connected to City of XXXX California including XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, Identity Theft, Identity Fraud. Possibly another XXXX XXXX works at this bank and is using my information.
