Respected Sir / Madam, I wish to bring to your notice a gross financial and criminal conspiracy and illegal practices going rampant within this great nation by THECREDIT AGENCIES, BANKS and United States Customs & Immigration Services Wherein helpless XXXX like me are being HARASSED, BEING DENIED RIGHTFUL EMPLOYMENT, EXTORTED & BLACKMAILED FORCEFULLY TO SPEND FINANCIAL AMOUNTS TO BUILD CREDIT AND ONLY THEN, BE RECOGNIZED BY EMPLOYERS & BACKGROUND CHECK AGENCIES TO BE ABLE TO GET RIGHTFUL EMPLOYMENT I have been Issued Social Security Number by SSA in XX/XX/XXXX ( SS CARD NOT ATTACHED AS INSTRUCTED ). I have been issued Work Permit XXXX by Department of HomeLand Security ( XXXX NOT ATTACHED AS INSTRUCTED ) I have observed that in spite of the same, theemployment rights datafor helpless XXXX like me isNOT available in USCIS website E-Verifywhich is used exclusively by employers to ascertain employment status of people in the USA. This site contains no data for me even after 4 months of issue of SSN & XXXX work permit ( PLEASE SEE ATTACHED THE SCREENSHOT OF MY SELF E-VERIFY AS ON XX/XX/XXXX ) With ( Purposefully ) broken E-verify website, Theemployers & their Background Check Agencies RELY HEAVILY ON CREDIT AGENCIES ( XXXX, XXXX & XXXX ) FOR SSN CHECK OF CANDIDATES. I strongly Suspect that so farall background check agencies have not found my SSN record with these credit agencies. ( BACKGROUND CHECK COMMUNICATIONS BY 2 BACKGROUND CHECK AGENCIES WITH ADVERSE FACTS ATTACHED ) Due to my SSN record not being found in the databases of these Credit Agencies, I suspect my employment was TERMINATED AFTER BEING HIRED BY MULTIPLE COMPANIES. DUE TO THE SAME REASON, I STRONGLY SUSPECTTHAT I AM FACING FURTHER DIFFICULTIES IN BEING HIRED ( XXXX at XXXX has communicated to me that my Background check report, related to employment application, is unnecessarily delayed ) IN SPITE OF UPDATING MY BANK WITH MY NEW SSN on XXXX XXXX at XXXX, CA Branch, I WAS told on XXXX XXXXthat XXXX XXXX XXXX In XXXX CA, that my SSN is NOT on records. I also got a NOTICE OF ADVERSE ACTION by this bank, wherein my Credit Card Application was denied, In Spite of being a customer with this bank since XXXX, I strongly feel that make believe reasons were given for same ( NOTICE OF ADVERSE ACTION ATTACHED ). I have also tried electronic communication with credit agencies UNSUCCESSFULLY, and have sent them mails by USPS with SSN card copy. It seems like these agencies areEXTORTING HELPLESS XXXX LIKE ME INTO SPENDING HUGE AMOUNTS OF MONEY TO BE ABLE TO SHOW UP ON SYSTEM AND BE GRANTED OUR RIGHTS TO EMPLOYMENT. IT SEEMS LIKE USCIS IS PURPOSEFULLY NOT UPDATING DATA OF IMMIGRANTS IN THEIR E-VERIFY SYSTEM SO THAT THESE FOR PROFIT AGENCIES, BANKING & NON BANKING INSTITUTIONS MAY EXTORT MONEY FROM HELPLESS XXXX, FOR US TO BE RECOGNIZED BY SYSTEMS AND ONLY THEN, BE GIVEN OUR BASIC HUMAN & CIVIL RIGHTS. THIS IS NEITHER ETHICAL, LEGAL OR INDICATIVE OF A GREAT COUNTRY THAT AMERICA IS AND THE FOUNDATION / IDEALS THIS GREAT NATION STANDS ON.
