XX/XX/XXXX I lost my job due to Covid. I made payments still until things got a little harder to manage. Ive been paying on my car for almost 4 years without no problems until Covid. By XX/XX/XXXX after XXXX my car was repossessed because I was 3 months late on payments. I paid for my car back. I was hoping they would understand the financial struggle people are having. Instead they closed my account. In which I had already paid off the bank loan but now Im just paying off what left for the vehicle its self. They dont honor their customers. They definitely should be reporting to the XXXX XXXX XXXX. I dont like the report that was left on my credit report from Bridgecrest XXXX The account shouldnt be closed because Im still paying them and Im in possession of the car which is a XXXX XXXX XXXX. Plus Ive paid nearly 75 % percent of the loan off. Unfair.
