Hi, my name is XXXX XXXX XXXX. I am reaching out today to have the following negative items removed from my credit report. The items I need removed are listed in the report attached. I have notified the companies that I did not make the charge. I ask that these items are deleted from my report in order to correct my credit file. These fraudulent charges are showing negative results on my credit report. I reported the theft of my identity to the Federal Trade Commission and I also attached copies of the Federal Trade Commission 's Identity Theft Affidavit. Please remove these items as soon as possible.
