1. An Official Change-of-Address was submitted to USPS by an unknown person/entity. I am the only person in this household of 5 included in the fraudulent CHANGE OF ADDRESS REQUEST. My address has not changed in 27 years. The address change was initiated around XX/XX/XXXX. I can not be certain of the date because I am locked out of my online USPS account. I went to the Post Office on XX/XX/XXXX. The address change is sending my mail to XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX, GA XXXX. This address is rental property listed by XXXX. I called the Rental Agency : XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, to inquire about the above address. The residence is occupied at present so someone is getting my mail and packages. 2. XX/XX/XXXX : USPS Informed Delivery showed a check from XXXX. I checked the box to indicate that the item was not received. Loss {$93.00} issued on XX/XX/XXXX. 3. XX/XX/XXXX ( estimate ) USPS sent Official Change-of-Address Validation. I called to dispute the change. The Validation key printed on the notification to dispute this change of address was invalid. No resolution on the phone. 4. As of XX/XX/XXXX, Losses of merchandise ordered online is between {$300.00} to {$700.00}. I have receipts 5. MOST IMPORTANT : I am trying to dispute fraud on my credit reports. a ) The report ( s ) show at least 4 hard inquiries and 15+ soft inquiries. I did not apply for any credit or initiate any inquiries. b ) Experian credit report lists fraudulent addresses in my history including XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX, GA XXXX. I can not get an Experian Rep on the phone to file a fraud claim. I tried to file a fraud claim on-line at Experian.com/fraud as directed by the automated phone menu since no live person was available to accept my call. The Experian site is sending verification messages to a bogus email address which I do not recognize and can not access. Who knows if the recipient can now change my username and password in Experian SINCE I CAN NOT GET ANYONE ON THE PHONE TO ASSIST WITH THIS FRAUD. I must wait until Monday when Experian resumes business hours. A lot of damage can be done in 48 hours. Thanks Experian. How can a primary credit reporting company not have 24/7 service to report fraud?
