Hello I'm am reporting a account that has brought me much pain and suffering and it has crippled my ability to get credit and making me appear irresposible. The company XXXX XXXX claims that I have not payed them for three months but I have extremely compliant. On for the past three months I have provided my banking information and gotten conformations that they recieved payment only to get letter stating that the payment didn't go through resulting in a late being placed on my credit. They informed my that my bank did allow payment and was retuned do to insufficient funds. And this is just not the case my bank never reported and activity of payment cancelation or any thing of that nature from this company. There is absolutely no such transaction in my bank records, which means that the negligence is completely on there end and not mine. I HAVE BEEN COMPLETELY COMPLIANT!!!
