The debt they are attempting to collect has something to do with an ex-wife divorced XXXX XXXX ago. We spoke to them, told to them stop calling, and asked them to remove the number from their account. They keep calling and have been for some time now. The most recent call was today ( XXXX XX/XX/2022 ), the first was on XXXX XX/XX/2022. They've called at least XXXX times and have had all of this explained to them. Each time they promise to remove the number and stop calling but they obviously have not removed the number and they continue to call. The number they leave is this : Ally Financial XXXX XXXX XXXX ext XXXX XXXX I also spoke to someone claiming their name is XXXX XXXX ; XXXX promised to remove the number last weekend by the way. I get the idea that there really is not a XXXX XXXX as when you call back ; she is never there and I end up speaking to somone else.
