Compliant # XXXX refering to Experian was not a duplicate of another compliant. I check every Experian complaint. I was not notified of the " duplicate compliant number either. As I stated, Experian deleted the XXXX XXXX account 3 TIMES and did not notify me as the law requires a credit reporting company to do. Law 15 U.S code 1681d. I request a reinvestigation and want to know why Experian violated the LAW 3 TIMES. Law 15 U.S code 1681d state that after a investigation a consumer must be notified. I WAS NOT NOTIFIED that XXXX XXXX would be put back on my credit report 3 TIMES. Read Law 15 U.S code 1681s-2. I CLEARLY states that a furnisher CAN NOT furnish information if they are notified by the consumer. I have dispute this account with XXXX XXXX several times. I have attached my Experian online credit report document as proof Experian has deleted this account 3 Times and it is still on my credit report.
