To whom it may concern, Under 15 U.S Code 1681b Permissible purposes of consumer reports ( a ) IN GENERAL Subject to subsection ( c ) any consumer reporting agency may furnish a consumer report under the following circumstances and no other : ( 2 ) In accordance with the written instructions of the consumer to whom it relates. I, never gave EQUIFAX any written consent to report anything to my consumer report. No Consent is identity Theft. A copy of the law is attached with this dispute letter. With that being said, I the consumer contacted Equifax on XX/XX/XXXX and spoke to XXXX ( Id XXXX ) which is the dispute center representative and the Supervisor which is XXXX ( id XXXX ). They both stated on a recorded line that are not deleting even with the laws presented to them. Equifax failed to comply with requirements of 15 U.S.C 1681b and responsible for an individual action/violation. I am sending dispute letter with the laws attached. Im requesting {$1000.00} for failure to comply. Under 15 U.S Code 1681n Civil Liability for willful noncompliance ( a ) IN GENERAL Any person willfully fails to comply with any requirement imposed under this sub chapter with respect to any consumer in an amount equal to the sum of_ ( 1 ) Any actual damages sustained by the consumer as a result of the failure or damages of not less than {$100.00} and not more than {$1000.00} ; or Concerning the accounts listed below as a consumer Im demanding a deletion of this accounts.
